I have 4 grown kids, and created Om Baby because I struggled as a new mother and didn't want to see other parents go through the same thing.

UNFORTUNATELY, GIVING BIRTH DIDN’T COME EASILY FOR ME…
I experienced four miscarriages and was told I would never have children.

But the struggles didn’t end there... My second baby had complex digestive issues, and I struggled to care for them while I was running my businesses all day and raising a toddler! 

I experienced new mom exhaustion, sleep deprivation, postpartum depression and anxiety, isolation, and a lack of support as a new mom. 

At the time, there were no New Parent Guides, Sleep Coaches, or Baby ‘Experts’ available.  Just rigid, outdated advice that didn’t instinctually sit right with me. 

It. Was. HARD. BUT BABY #3, I FINALLY STARTED FIGURING IT OUT…
Suddenly, all my new parent friends and family started to ask for my help and advice. And that's how my true life's work began.

I’ve created multiple successful health and wellness businesses, including Ryka athletic footwear — the first “for women, by women” brand — and was one of the first female CEOs in my industry. 

I've received honorary doctorate degrees and awards, including the National Female Executives, NAFFY Award, and have been featured on Oprah, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and more (all while pregnant and with toddlers!) 

My ultimate purpose in this life, 
who I am first and foremost, IS A MOTHER.

No two babies are alike!

I have 4 children & worked with hundreds of babies over the last several decades — and each and every one was different.

There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Your baby is 100% unique and they all arrive with different personalities and temperaments.

My approach is highly personal and individualized.. 

I observe your baby (virtually or in-person), listen to their cries, read their body language, find out how things are going with the parent(s), and determine what everyone needs.

Most importantly, I'll help you learn how to speak your baby's language. The goal is to create a healthy, loving, calm environment for your newborn, so you can become a confident, empowered parent.

That's why they call me the baby whisperer...

The Fourth Trimester is real!

The truth is, when babies arrive, they aren't ready to be born.  

That's why the first 90 days of a baby's life is considered The Fourth Trimester. 

And during this time, they are constantly changing: biologically, neurologically, physically, and emotionally. They're learning how to be here in the world!

It takes about 12 weeks for babies to adjust from womb to world. They go from a super sleepy newborn to an alert, aware, laughing, engaged baby!

That's why I provide personalized, in-your-pocket, 1:1 support, so you have an expert to guide you & to call during this period of rapid change!
